Ways to Practice With El

Each offering at El Flow is designed to support your whole being—body, breath, mind, and spirit. Whether through private guidance, community connection, or virtual practice, every session is rooted in presence, intention, and care.


This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. El Flow meets you where you are and supports where you’re becoming.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions at El Flow are personalized, one-on-one experiences designed to support your unique body, breath, and life journey. Grounded in anatomical understanding and intuitive awareness, each session is thoughtfully tailored to help release stored tension, cultivate sustainable strength, and deepen self-connection.


These sessions create space for intentional movement, breathwork, and awareness practices that align with your individual needs—whether physical, emotional, or energetic.

COMMUNITY CLASSES

Community classes offer soulful, accessible flows designed to ground the body, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner awareness. These sessions blend mindful movement and conscious breath in a shared space that encourages connection—to self and to others.


Classes are designed to be welcoming and adaptable, honoring different bodies, levels, and experiences while maintaining a grounded, intentional pace.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Virtual sessions at El Flow provide grounding, presence, and connection from anywhere in the world. These offerings are intentionally designed to maintain the depth, integrity, and attentiveness of in-person practice—while offering flexibility and ease.


Through guided movement and breathwork, virtual sessions support consistency in your practice without sacrificing intentionality or care.

GUEST SPEAKING

El offers thoughtful, integrative talks that bridge science, spirituality, and embodied living. Drawing from experience in both pharmacy and yoga, these conversations explore holistic wellness, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and conscious living.


Guest speaking engagements are well-suited for retreats, wellness events, organizations, and intentional spaces seeking meaningful, grounded dialogue.

Movement is more than exercise. It is communication between breath, body, and mind. When practiced with intention, it restores balance, refines awareness, and reconnects you to your natural rhythm.
